The registration was done instantly as per my request and in fact, the Managing Director had to come only for my registration all the way to the Kundrathur Sub Registrar Office. Our 16 month search for a perfect home culminated in us buying an apartment at Fomra Westend. Our initial search involved viewing multiple apartments built by some renowned realtors however we were left unsatisfied with the construction, design, location or the affordability. To most people, the search for a home could leave you with a bitter taste however ever since our first visit to Fomra we were more than satisfied with the apartment and the ease with which the we were able to own it. The staff at Fomra have been extremely courteous and willing to help. They understood all my requirements and accommodated them with no hesitancy. We even came up with a request for a modification after all units were sold out and the handover was complete, the folks at Fomra were gladly willing to help.
